How can you add, edit, or remove staffers in Enriching Students? Logged in as an admin, select 'Admin' in the navigation. In the Manage Staff & Students box, select 'Manage Staff.'
The 'Staff List' shows all staff members currently in the system, with their name and email address. The 'View Grades?' checkbox either enables or disables that staff member’s ability to view their rostered student’s grades. The 'View All Grades?' box, when checked, allows staff members to view the grades of all students, even those not in their rosters. The next two checkboxes will allow the staffer to receive a copy of the Import Report, and then the Email Report.
At the top left of the page you will see how many licenses your school has purchased, and how many you are actively using. At the top right of the page, you will see a 'Send Welcome Email' button. This feature is useful at the beginning of the school year when you need to send all staff members their login information.
To add a staff member, select the “Add Staff” button. This redirects you to a form where you can enter all of the needed information about this new staff member. Any field with * next to it indicates a required field.
You will need to enter the staffer's name, email address, Homeroom number, department, SIS ID number*, user type (whether they are an Admin or a Teacher).
*Note - the SIS ID entered should match the Id from your Student Information System. This cannot be edited once the record has been saved
Selecting the 'Can View Grades?' checkbox enables a teacher to view grades for their students, and 'Can View All Grades' enables a teacher to view grades for all students school-wide. Selecting the 'Can View Analysis?' checkbox enables a teacher to run reports on the Analysis page.
Next, add the teacher's 'Max # of Students'. This sets the limit of how many students, or available seats, a teacher will have per flex period. As an Admin user, you can change this number at any time. A non-admin user cannot set their seat count to be lower than this number.
Then comes the Homeroom/Advisory and Subject Matter course. These entries are not required in order to save the new staffer, but if you want this staffer to be able to schedule students to see them, these course names need to be entered. How you type these course names is how they will display as the teachers courses when scheduling. Selecting 'Is Active' will make these courses available for scheduling.
Add a password so the staff member will be able to log in. Check the 'Is Active' checkbox if you want the staff member to be able to use their account. If you are adding a new teacher, it may be a good idea to select the 'Send Email?' checkbox to send them their new login information.
Click 'Save' and this new staff member will be added to the staff list.
To edit a staff member, simply click their name in the staff list and again you will be redirected to this form. This is helpful if you need to change a password, or edit the teacher’s information. Selecting the staffer's name will take you to a page that is identical to the page where you added a staffer. Any time you make edits, be sure to select 'Save Staffer' when you are finished.
To delete a staff member, click the 'Delete' button. But keep in mind, by doing so you will delete all of that staff member's appointments, as well as their tags.

Update as of April 2022
Previously, if a school was using Clever or One Roster, it was not possible to add a new staffer via the web site. Staff would only be added via Clever or OneRoster. This was due to fact that a staffer that had been manually added would be soft-deleted when the import process was run.
As of April 2022, a change has been made to the process of adding a staffer. There is now an option, "Ignore On Import" that you can select when saving the staffer.
As the name indicates, when this option is selected, this staffer will be ignored when the import process is run. No updates will be applied to their record, and they will no longer be marked as soft-deleted.
