Manage Appointments

The Manage Appointments page allows an Admin user to move scheduled appointments from one staffer to another. 

Move a Teacher's Scheduled Group

If a staffer has students scheduled to them but needs to quickly move them to another staffer on the current date, the quickest way to do so is by using the Take Attendance page. Select Take Attendance on the Dashboard. If you need to move students not for yourself but for another staffer, select their name in the Select Staffer dropdown. The list of scheduled students will be displayed. Then click Manage Appointments.

The staffer you selected, and their scheduled students, will be loaded automatically. Select All above the Scheduled Students column (see circled in the image below).

Then choose the staffer you want to reschedule them to.

Move Selected Scheduled Students to Another Teacher

Another method to use is to go directly to the Manage Appointments page. Select the date, staffer, and period you want to move appointments for. Check the boxes next to the students that you want to move.

The Students to Move column will show you how many you have to move. You can Remove All if you don't wan't to move these students, or check the box next to a single student's name to remove them.

When you have the students you want in the Students to Move column, choose the place where you want schedule them to. You can select the toggles to hide homebase courses or courses with no seats, add an optional comment, and then go on to select the department, course, and appointment type you want to schedule them with.
