The Manage Homeroom Rosters page in Enriching Students allows you to set which group you've imported that will be set as a staff member's homebase. If the imported rosters are not assigned to a specific staffer as their homebase, you can do that on this page.
Logged in as a site Admin, go to Admin, Manage Homebase Groups.
If you wish to set the homebase roster for all staff, perhaps at the beginning of the year, type the name or at least part of the the name your school uses to designate a homebase, into the Filter by Group Name search field. All staffers listed with their homebase will appear:
Then, check the box next to All (See circled in the image above), and then Save. Now all staffers will be set to their homeroom.
To assign any individual staff member to a group that you want to set as their homeroom, type at least two letters of the group's name in Filter by Group Name field. The staff member assigned to that group with appear. To make the group their homebase, check the box next to this group name, and select Save.
Lastly, if there is a group marked as homebase that should not be, scroll through the Homebase Groups column, find the group that needs to be removed, and check the box next to its name. Click Save, and this group will no longer be marked as a homebase group.
This is a tool most often used at the start of the year, but if a new staff member needs to have their homeroom roster set, or if you want to change the homeroom roster for any staff member during the school year, this feature allows you to do that.
