At the beginning of the school year, you may want to send a welcome email to staff members so that they have their login information for their Enriching Students account. To send all staff members a welcome email, log in to you Enriching Students account. Go to Settings, and then the Manage Staff & Students box. In this box, select Manage Staff. At the right left of the manage staff page, you will see a button that says 'Send Welcome Email.' This will send a welcome email to all staff members in the staff list.
Additionally, when you add a new staff member, or edit a current staff member, you have to option to check the 'Send Email' box before you save them as a new staffer. This will send that staff member their login information.
