Classic - Prepping for the 2022-2023 School Year

In order to get the site ready for the upcoming school year, we'll be taking the site down starting July 2 at 8 AM.  The site will be available on Sunday July 10 at 8 AM. 

Graduation Years Will Be Updated

All schools have starting and ending graduation years.  We will increment those values by 1.  If they need to be adjusted for your school, have an admin log on to the site, click on Admin, Configuration and adjust the values there.

Clear Prior Year's Appointments

In order to keep the site running as quickly as possible, each year we move the prior year's appointments to a historical location.  If you need access to that data, simply open a support ticket with the details regarding what you need and we'll provide the data to you.

Turning Off Automated Imports

To allow schools to get their data for the new school year in place, the automated imports will not be run for the shutdown week.  

Turning Off Automated Exports

The automated exports will be turned off.  When we see that your account is set up for the new school year, we will reactivate the exports for your school.
