Delete Multiple Appointments

To get to the Delete Multiple Appointments page go to Appointments in the navigation. At the top of the page select Actions, then Delete Multiple Appointments.

Please note that deleting appointments is permanent, and will delete the student's attendance for the specific appointment, if attendance has been taken.

SECTION 1

Select Dates to Delete Appointments

First choose the date or date range you want to delete appointments for. For a date range, set dates by clicking in the Start Date and End Date labels and selecting dates from the calendar. Then, select the specific weekday or weekdays to delete appointments for by clicking on them, or choose All if you want every weekday. To remove a weekday from the selection, just click on it again.

Next, select the period you would like to get appointments for. If your school has multiple periods, you can select more than one here. 

 

SECTION 2

Delete Appointments by...

Course

Choose the By Course option, and select the Course in the courses dropdown.

 

Graduation Year

Select the By Graduation Year option. In the Graduation year dropdown, select which year you want to delete appointments for.

 

Staff

Select the By Staff option, and you will see a Staff dropdown where you can select any staff member you need to delete appointments for.

 

Student

Select By Student, and choose the specific student whose appointments you want to delete in the Students dropdown.

SECTION 3

Search And Delete Appointments

Now click Search Appointments.

This will show you how many appointments you will be deleting. Again, remember that deleting appointments is permanent. If attendance has been taken in the past for these appointments, that record will be deleted. If you are sure you want to delete these appointments, and the Number of appointments to be cleared looks accurate, select Delete.

You will have to confirm that you want to delete, and if you decide you don't really want to delete these appointments when you see the confirmation message, you can click the 'X' in the top right corner.
