There is an easy way to see how students are making use of the Enriching Students application. You can run a report that will generate a list of students who have never logged on. To do this, logged in to your Enriching Students account, go to Analysis in the navigation. On this page, find the box marked 'Students' and select 'Students Never Logged On.' The list of students that you will get is organized by homeroom.
First, choose the teacher whose homeroom students you want to find. Or if you like, you can select '(use all)' to get a list for all teachers. The next option is to select the flex period, if your school has more than one. You can select just one, or '(all periods)'. Once you've set up your report, you can select 'Run Report' to get the results.
Now for the results. The report you will see will look something like the image below. The teacher you selected, and their homeroom number will display at the top. Under that, you will see a list of all students in that teacher's homeroom who have never logged on. If you selected all teachers, you will be able to scroll down and see a list like this for each teacher. You can print, create a PDF, or export and download a CSV file version of this report by using the buttons at the top right of the page.
