You can run a report to view students who have not had attendance taken for a specific day. Go to the Analysis page in the navigation, and in the 'Attendance' box, select 'Attendance Not Taken.'
First, select the range of dates you want to run the report for. You can then select a specific staff member in the drop-down menu, or leave the default 'Use all', to run the report for all staff members. Next, select a single period, or set the report to return data for all periods. Now that you've finished settings things up, select 'Run Report.'
The report will display each staff member with a list of students that haven't had attendance taken within the date range you set. The schedule date, student name, course they were scheduled for, and the period will display.
You can choose to print the report, or export it as a pdf or .CSV file by selecting any of those options at the top right of the page.
