We know that a lot of schools use the term to 'tag' or 'tagging' to refer to scheduling students to come see them. How is it used withing the Enriching Students software?
In this application, tagging refers to giving students a label as a way to organize them, usually by subject, into your courses. Your assigned students are referred to as your 'rostered' students, and you can give these students tags.
When you select 'Students' in the navigation, you will find a box that you can check to 'View my Rostered Students.' This will show students in your roster, and from here, you can add tags. To learn more about adding students to your roster and assigning them tags, read this article.
From the Students page, you can also select 'Manage Roster Tags' to view your current roster tags, edit them, and more. Learn how to manage roster tags here.
You will be able to use your tags to sort your students by groups on the Scheduling page. If you go to the Scheduling page, there will be a drop-down menu next to the search bar that allows you to sort your schedule view by your roster tags. You can schedule groups of your students by roster this way. To learn more about this process, view this article.
