Many of the schools that we work with use Gmail (Google Mail) to host their email.
Google can be pretty aggressive when it comes to filtering mail. We've heard from several schools that, when a password change request is made, the staffer never receives the email. This is an issue with how Google is filtering the emails.
What To Do
We received this from a school that was having problems with Gmail:
"Not only do we have to whitelist you in our spam, but we have to whitelist you with "no authentication" to make it work. "No Auth" is probably not a good thing but it works. Tested with two accounts and the mail went through"

So, if your are having problems receiving email from Enriching Students, pass this information along to your IT department.
