When your data is first imported into Enriching Students, you might want to manage the course rooms en masse. This is especially true if your school's data was imported via Clever. Currently, Clever doesn't allow us to import room locations for courses. This feature makes it quick and easy to change course rooms.
How It Works
This feature is limited to users who are Admins in Enriching Students. Once you are logged on, go to Admin, Manage Staff. There you will see the option, "Manage Course Rooms". Click that link and you'll be brought to the page where you can adjust the course rooms.
As you can see from the screen shot below, the page simply lists the staffers and allows you to edit the course room. Simply edit and leave the field. The change you made will be saved automatically.
Additionally, both the subject matter and homeroom course names will be updated to ensure the room is no longer part of the course name.
