The Staff Capacity and Usage report lets you see the number of appointments, as well as how many seats are available, for staff within a specific date range.
To get to this report, log in to your Enriching Students account and select 'Analysis' in the navigation. From there, go to the box labeled 'App Usage.'
First, select your date range. Next, select the staff member you want to view appointments for by selecting 'use all', or choose just one specific staff member. In the next drop-down menu, you can choose 'all periods,' or select a specific flex period. This is helpful if your school uses multiple flex periods. When you're finished, select 'Run Report.'
The report that is generated will look something like this.
You will see the flex period you selected at the top of the report. If you chose all periods, each report will be separated by each flex period. The report will display the staffer's name, the schedule date for the appointment, then the number of appointments for the staff member's subject matter course and homeroom. The last column shows comparably the number of available seats in each appointment. At the bottom, you will see the totals in each column. This can help you compare, for example, the number of actual appointments vs. the number of available seats in a course.
You can print this report by selecting the Print button, download it as a PDF by selecting the PDF button, or select the Export button to export the report's data and download it as a CSV file.
