The Manage Homeroom Rosters page in Enriching Students allows you to set which roster you've uploaded will be set as a staff member's homeroom. Many schools import roster data, either manually or automatically, perhaps through a service like Clever. If the imported rosters are not assigned to a specific staffer as their homeroom, you can do that within the Enriching Students application.
Logged in as a site Admin, go to 'Admin' in the navigation, and in the 'App Settings' box select 'Manage Homeroom Rosters.' This will provide you with a list of staff members and their various rosters.
If you wish to set the homeroom roster for all staff, perhaps at the beginning of the year, type 'homeroom, 'advisory', or the name your school uses to designate a homeroom course, into the search bar. All staffers listed with their homeroom roster will appear. Then, click the 'Select All' button, and then save. Now all staffers will be set to their homeroom.
To assign any individual staff member to a roster that you want to set as their homeroom, type at least two letters of the roster's name in the Search bar. The staff member assigned to that roster with appear. To make the roster their homeroom, check the box 'Is Homeroom,' and click 'Save.'
This is a tool most often used at the start of the year, but if a new staff member needs to have their homeroom roster set, or if you want to change the homeroom roster for any staff member during the school year, this feature allows you to do that.
