The Admin Schedule Group feature is a tool that allows you to schedule all students in the school, or a particular graduation year, for an appointment.
To start, logged in as an admin, go to the App Settings box on the Settings page. In this box, select 'Schedule Group.' To start, select the date for which you wish to schedule
the appointment. If your school uses multiple flex periods, select the period. Next, select the graduation year or years.
The 'Appointments Adjusted' box will tell you how many students you are scheduling, and if they are already scheduled in any appointments at this time.
Note: The yellow box on this page is a caution that this process will overwrite any current appointments a student is scheduled for. In addition, if you are scheduling an entire graduation year, or even years, to one appointment, it is likely that the number of students will far exceed the seat count set for that class. This process will also automatically update the number of seats.
Next, choose the course and appointment type. You can add a comment as well, as you might do when scheduling a student any other time. Lastly, you have the option to lock this mass appointment, which will prevent other staff members from scheduling these students during this time.
Finally, select 'Schedule Group' and this appointment for those graduation years will be made.
