Here are the new features that are being released with this update.
Students can now view scheduler comments when viewing their schedule in the application. For the student to be able to view the comments, an admin needs to go to Settings, Configuration and activate the feature "Send Comments in Students Email". When this value is set to true, the students will see the scheduler comments when their schedule is emailed to them and when they log on to the application.
Students can be emailed from the dashboard. Once you have scheduled a group of students, you can send them an email; this could be useful to let the students know what materials to bring to a particular lesson. From the Dashboard, click either the View Schedule or Take Attendance button. From there you'll see the Notifications button, this will allow you to send an email to the group of students. If your school uses multiple periods, this feature will be available for each period.
Staffers can create a roster from the dashboard. If you've scheduled a group of students and you now realize that you'd like to have that group as a roster, go to the Dashboard, click the View Schedule or Take Attendance button. From there you'll see the Create Roster button. If your school uses multiple periods, this feature will be available for each period. Students will NOT be added to a roster multiple times.
Admins can now email all students their schedule at once. Go to Settings, Manage Students, click the Email All button. This will bring you to a page where you can select the start date and email the students their schedule.
When deleting appointments from the Delete Multiple Appointments page, you now have the option to select days of the week.
Admins can view email log history. Go to Settings, Email Log (at the bottom of the page). This page will allow you to set a date range and optionally, to filter the data by the email address. A partial email address will match as many users as possible.
Admins can clear grades without uploading new grades. Sometimes a school wants to remove existing grades from Enriching Students, even before the new grades have been published. An admin can go to Settings, Import Grades and find an option to remove existing grades.
On the staff dashboard, when the user changed dates, the struggling students would disappear from the page. This bug has been fixed.
When using the Group Scheduling feature from the Settings page, adjusted course names would not appear unless they were in the first period for multi-period schools. This has been corrected, adjusted courses now appear when different periods are selected.
Student Can Overwrite Their Homeroom Appointments was not saving under the Settings, Configuration page. This has been fixed.
