The 'Students' link at the top of your navigation bar will take you to the Student List, a page where you can search for any students, view your rostered students, or tag students to add to a roster.
You can search for students 3 ways. First, use the alphabet list at the top of the page. Select the letter that corresponds to the first letter of the students last name. Second, use the search bar to find a specific student by entering at least 2 characters in their first or last name. Third, use to Homeroom Staffer dropdown to filter students by selecting their homeroom staffer.
Once you use one of these methods, the student or students that correspond to your search will be displayed in the 'Students' box. You will see their name, email address, grad year, and guidance counselor. You can edit their email address from here by clicking in the email address label and making changes. You can also view their profile by selecting the 'Student Profile' button.
To view the students assigned to you, select the 'Show my rostered students' check-box. From here you can also select the button to Manage Roster Tags.
In the 'Students Assigned to Me' box you will see all of your rostered students, with the roster tags you have assigned them. The Students Not Assigned to Me box won't have any students in it until you use one of the 3 search methods to find students. From there you can add a tag and add them to a roster. Learn how to do this in the article Building Your Roster.
