The Dashboard is the page that you see when you first log in to your Enriching Students account. It shows your weekly schedule, upcoming special course offerings, and more. What are the features of the dashboard page? How can you effectively navigate it?
There are a few different sections on the dashboard.
1. Your 5-day schedule for the week. Each day has a box that displays your course, the number of available seats for that period, the current number of attendees, and the final attendance. You are able to take attendance for each day from here. If you’d like the week to display from a different starting date, you can click the “Select start date” icon, and choose the desired day.
2. Struggling students. If student grades are imported, and staffers are enabled to view them, any struggling students will be displayed in this box. A staffer needs permission to view grades. By granting that permission to the staffer they will be able to see grades of any students on their rosters or in their homeroom/advisory. Grade-view permissions are set by an admin for a staffer on the Admin Manage Staff page. What constitutes “a struggling student”? Your school may determine this by setting the grade threshold found under the Settings -> Configuration page.
3. Upcoming special course offerings. This box displays any upcoming special or adjusted courses
you will be offering in the next two weeks.
