Issues Logging On to Enriching Students

We've recently added more security features to Enriching Students to make it more difficult for someone to incorrectly access the site.  If you are having problems getting logged on to the site, please take a look at the information below.

Logging on Via Standard Approach

If you are entering your email address and password on the Enriching Students login page and you are unable to access the site, you will need to clear your browser cache.  We've implemented features to make it harder for someone to incorrectly access the site.  Not all the browsers are picking up the new files.

For most browsers, to clear the cache you'll need to press Shift + Ctl + Delete.  This will bring up a screen that will allow you to clear the cache.  Additionally, it would be helpful to clear cookies as well.  Once you finish this process, refresh the page and log on to the site.

Logging on Via Google

This is a new feature that we implemented this past weekend.  Some people are experiencing issues using the feature, they are receiving "400" errors.  This is an issue with Google, not with Enriching Students.
