A Help for Administrators
For many schools, keeping up with attendance is important. A frequent request has been to provide a simple report that will, for a specified day, show what teachers have not taken attendance.
How Does it Work?
Once you are on the reporting page, simply select the Attendance Not Taken report. Once you've done that, you'll see that a Start Date is required. (The report is run for a single day at a time.) Having entered a date, you can click the Run Report button.
What Does the Data Mean
A teacher and their course appear on this list if there is one or more appointments for the selected day where attendance wasn't taken. So, seeing a teacher on the report doesn't mean that they didn't take attendance at all. It could simply mean that the teacher missed a student.
