Several schools are having problems receiving emails from Enriching Students. This is particularly difficult when requesting a password reset.
- If you request a new password and it doesn't arrive within several minutes, it's likely there are issues between your schools email server and Enriching Students.
- We've created a new feature that will allow anyone who is an admin in Enriching Students for your school to reset your password. Just contact that person (or persons in some schools), and they can reset your password.
- Please note: no one at Enriching Students can change your password. This is something that has to be handled within your school.
- We recommend that once your password has been reset by the admin, you change it yourself once you are logged on to the iste.
